Ezreal Taunts have no Voice Over if near an allied champ he doesn't interact with.
And while the snaps are cool I'd like to spam that everyone belongs in a museum, you already cut it in half, don't take it away from me :(... XD

has a similar problem with his joke, too, and they haven't fixed that either.
I think you should record Ezreal's taunt not working and post it to the 'Report A Bug' boards. That's probably the best way to bring it to Riot's attention and have them fix it.
