Black Screen - Can't do anything on desktop.

This black screen thing that happens when the game doesn't load, but it overtakes your mouse so you can't actually interact with your desktop AT ALL is fucking bullshit. I lost a ranked game because it never loaded, and because League wouldn't let me fucking SHUT SHIT DOWN IN TASK MANAGER. FIX THIS FUCKING ISSUE. It's been happening for patches now.
