Hotkeys not working?

I just got done with a game where none of my hotkeys worked. I couldn't use any abilities or items unless I clicked directly on them, and since I was LeBlanc, this was extremely annoying and inefficient. I also couldn't recall or ping or bm.

After the game was over, I reloaded the client and they all worked again. Just for that one game, no hotkeys worked. Anyone else ever had this problem? If so, how can I fix it in-game?

(I reloaded the game twice, did nothing. I reset all of my hotkeys to default and that did nothing as well.)

sidenote: we still won the game :P
