Keep getting a bugsplat game crash when the enemy nexus dies

Only the enemy nexus, and it happens in about 1/3 of my games when the enemy nexus takes the last hit, the game crashes, I get a bugsplat error message, and I have to restart the game. Still get the win, don't think I get a leave, but it is just really annoying
