Masterwork Chests from Gemstones?
It still seems to give normal Hextech Chests... Am I missing something?

Yeah, that you read that in the 8.10 patch notes.
As per the rules, Report a Bug is for formal reports of bugs only, it is not for obvious general questions. Making threads that are irrelevant to the boards that must be sorted through can only be harmful to the efforts of the staff and consequently the community as well.
