Karthus and Cassiopia's Q ability, range is not displayed.
Most characters have range to their ability, and when casting the range is displayed. Not the q for Karthus or Cassiopia.

This is also the same with Zyra's seeds, but it's not a bug. They simply cast on button down rather than button up (which removes the ability to hold it and see the range indicator.
This is so you can cast them faster. Don't ask me why there's no way to turn it off. Make a new thread and ask Riot to add something for that. It's going to slow down your casting speed for them if you have it though.
