Azir chases the enemy after his soldiers disappear

It's simple thing really, Azir has the tendency to chase after enemies that he has ordered his soldiers to target. I am clicking the 'attack only' button while doing this as well. So as soon as my soldiers vanishes, azir charges like a moron getting himself killed. While this could technically not be a bug, it ruins his play style. The whole point you send his solders are to attack for you. After his soldiers vanish should be the only time he tries to engage in direct combat himself. I often find myself running back and forth between areas, when all I really want to do is hold still and send my soldiers to attack.
