Azir has conflictions with Hold Position key.

Since it's impossible to actually show you without vid, I'll try to explain as best as I can. The way hold position (from my experience) is that it's supposed you make you guy stay in one spot and attack whoever comes closest to you. However, with Azir and his soldiers, he instead stops attacking all together. The soldiers just stand there while enemies are within their range of attack. I have to keep reclicking after telling him to hold his position. And as soon as target moves out of range, he follows like an idiot to his death. Azir STILL NEEDS PATCHING.
