Alt Ping System Doesn't Work for Morgana Ult when its Up.
Basically if Morgana's ult is ready the alt ping doesnt work.

Riot is aware of the issue. I've seen a reply somewhere mentioning it, and they are hoping to get it fixed for this upcoming patch.
This also occurs with certain items like Blade of the Ruined King and Maw of Malmortius. I think they may have either overlooked certain things, or the coding for that is a bit off
if the ability has a condition to being activated you can't ping it for cooldown unless the condition is met. morg malz and yas ult i know are affected by this.
