Can't Login, Login button greyed out on client!

Tried to log in normally, client hung, so I closed it. When I opened it back up, the login button was gray!

Please help!

Login worked fine yesterday, I just had problems after downloading Program Soraka patch.

EDIT: Tried logging into both NA and EUW, same behavior.
