There's been a huge bug with Darius that I have been noticing this patch

Basically when I ulted and they die right before my ult hits them(by somebody else) the animation goes through, it deals 0 damage and it goes on cooldown(not the refresh period).

Is anybody else getting this? It's really annoying in game.
