Freezing in Champion Select

Anybody else having this issue? My internet is completely fine every time I go to do anything else, but when I get into champion select, sometimes their timer runs out and it doesn't pass the pick to me or close the lobby when they haven't selected champions. I am on the east coast, and have only been noticing this since patch 5.10 came out.
