It's proccing its passive off of multiple hits from the same spell such as Bouncing blades hitting 5 targets and charging it 5 times. Her death lotus will proc it on each blade that hits.
Also it seems to do some extra damage occasionally meaning that it puts out insane damage potential.
It is core on kat now. Katarina players are going to downvote you to death.
Why don't you post a less aggressive title, like "Found massive Luden's Echo bug" instead of demanding its disabling?
Just tested this: might be on Champion hit only, or might have been hot-fixed. Might also be SR only: Bouncing Blades only got a single charge from minions, even when I hit 5. Luden's Echo damage also seemed pretty consistent: I'd be curious to see the circumstances under which you're seeing bonus damage from it.
