I was just kicked from a lobby / the client forced me to dodge

The client locked up at the pick preference phase. Then it jumped to my turn to ban. I had the full time to ban and right before I made my pick it kicked me from the lobby, even though I still had 25 seconds left to ban a champion. I just lost lp for that and have a time penalty.

Same thing just happened to me twice. The second time I got banned for 30 minutes. (first time) My friends told me on mumble it was my turn to pick but all I could see was my friends pick timer.
