Weird interaction between Veigar and Luden

If Veigar uses Q and kills 2 minions, then the Luden proc kills a minion, he only gains 2 AP from the first 2 minions. If his Q kills 1 minion and then Luden kills a minion or more, he still gains 2 AP. If Q doesn't kill any minion but Luden kills 2 or more, he also gains 2 AP.

That's really inconsistent IMO, it should be Luden always gives bonus AP or nothing, and seeing in what terrible shape Veigar is in atm, pref the former.

Yes...

So basically, the amount of AP you can get from a single Q, even with Luden's, is capped at 2. It'd actually be a neat buff if he could get more.

As you can see by the nerfs, they don't want you playing Veigar anyway.

that is a odd interaction but in all reality the proc from ludens shouldn't give bonus AP at all its only his Q's kill that should count since ludens kills bonus shouldn't be calculated into the bonus u get from Q regardless if it was procted with ludens since the items effect isn't Q

EDIT: LOL love getting down voted for responding with accurate common sense and logical answer considering Ludens doesn't say anything about adding on hit effects to the bonus dmg it does
