Ranked Matchmaking Not Finding Any Games

My friend and I are duoing and we tried to start up another game but we can't seem to find any matches. Despite the matchmaker expected wait time being less than 1:30, we are running up into the 5 minute mark and still finding nothing. We are only Gold V and Silver I.
