Aatrox's W Ward Interaction

Currently attacking a ward will proc Aatrox's W, meaning it will stack and proc on the 3rd auto, however while the blood thirst heals Aatrox on the auto, the blood price triggers and resets the ability's aa counter but does not give him plus 20% to his bloodwell. Either the bloodwell should fill or the empowered auto shouldn't be triggered.
