Game Ui

My buddy and I had this happen a couple times. We get into game and there are no healthbars on the screen. No champ icons, nothing showing up on score board. Literally nothing at all. Only way to fix it is to restart the game entirely. But that leaves a 3min afk, on top of remakes, loss of LP and 9 afk reports.
