Bots Try to Build Rageblade With the Old Build Path

Just a small bug I noticed while trying out Irelia. Kog'Maw builds Pickaxe -> Recurve Bow -> Blasting wand -> Amplifying Tome -> Rageblade. After he completes Rageblade he still keeps the Blasting Wand.

Kog'Maw is just "trying a new build."
