Cannot see certain champions during ban phase (apparently happens to the whole team)

When I was playing with friends I was able to verify that they can't see/find the champions either. This pretty much screws up the whole banning phase.

that's because every member of the enemy team doesn't have that champion and it's pointless to ban that champ
