Elise Spiderling + Rappel SPIDERLINGS DO NOT ATTACK

I have repeatedly tested Elise's rappel in game and determined that the spiderlings are bugged following the use of rappel. For the entire duration of the attack and heal buff, they will not attack any targets.

This is a sizable hit to her DPS.
