Rek'Sai Tunnel Bug

Every now and again, when I try to tunnel through terrain as Rek'Sai on both Summoner's Rift and Twisted Treeline, my tunnel will form, but I will be stuck next to the entrance. This ruins ganks, as I can't tunnel through to my target, and then they will see my tunnel exit appear without me and run away.

Also, when I use Unburrow as Rek'Sai, the circular countdown timer around my target showing when I can Unburrow on them again does NOT show up. (Same with Yasuo's Sweeping Blade too.)
