Borderless windowed mode broken after patch
It's unusable. The entire game lags. It's not my setup as all other games work fine.

There's something wrong with the game in general or with the way it interacts with new windows or maybe a new windows problem who knows, but the longer you play (for me and I stream) regardless of fullscreen or borderless (i use borderless but have tried full screen) the more unstable the fps gets and the worse the fps drops get. And its not the graphics card either because its barely being taxed...
