The little sapling in Maokai's hand is gone in ARAM

To clarify, I was playing with the Meowkai skin, any dancing, taunting, anything that would involve the visual sapling (NOT the sapling from the ability, thankfully) was completely missing. You could hear it's audio queues, but there was just...nothing, an open maokai palm and no sapling.
