No assist granted when enemies get slowed by viktors W.
I had an enemy stand in my W as viktor before and die just before it snared her but it didnt grant me the assist. Is this a glitch?

if he's standing and not moving you cant say that you slowed him or pulled him to the middle. if the snare doesnt proc and you didnt damage him it wont give you an assist unfortunately. for example some movement speed items and certain buffs or auras dont apply an assist affect even though technically you're still assisting just by standing near a teammate
