Lack of discount on the SKT T1 Bundle
Or is it suppose to just be "saving you time having to buy them individually"?
When did Bundles stop actually saving RP?

They stopped them back when they changed how pricing worked. When they introduced Early sales all sales on skins were changed. Flex Bundles as they are called, only contain Discounts on Champions (and maybe a ward) when they are of New skins but do have discounts when they are older skins. We have to wait 4-6 months for the new skins to have sales.
