Sona only proccing 2 parts of the Frost Queen support item set with Q auto

This recent patch I have noticed that Sona only gets 2 confirmed gold procs from doing her Q auto harassment even if you have her passive primed, this never used to happen and she could get all 3 procs from Q poking once.

I first thought that it was the item changing a little and other champions had the same issue with damage sources on the same spell/auto, but I noticed that Lulu and Bard are still getting all 3 procs off of one auto attack

No idea why it's been changed but Sona's standard Q poke has 3 damage sources and should be procing 3 times, with her powerchord passive that becomes 4 damage sources It's small but annoying

Actually she only targets two people. With the standard Q, which doesn't proc the item twice, but once. However, the passive from the Q (Staccato) when auto attacking will proc twice. This doesn't make much sense and should be switched around or having the standard Q proc twice. You can test this in training and read it in training.

This is in the patch notes:

Tribute mechanics DELIBERATION Individual spellcasts can only proc Tribute charges once every 1.25 seconds (ex. Morgana's W - Tormented Soil can only proc Tribute once every 1.25 seconds, but other spells that hit during the lockout will still proc Tribute)

Meaning the Q will only proc 1 stack even if it hits two champions.
