Got kicked from a champ select

The thing is it said the enemy is picking and counting down: Summoner 3 is picking. he was picking morgana but didn't log in. the timer stuck at 0 for a while and I couldn't pick a champion so I thought the enemy didn't pick and my client was just stuck, but in reality it was my turn without me knowing it.
