No, it's not a bug. Yasuo's windwall blocks projectiles, and the way projectiles are coded in this game is basically anything that has a travel time, or takes time to reach it's maximum distance. Velkoz's ultimate does not have a travel time; it reaches it's maximum instantaneously, therefore it will not be blocked by Yasuo's windwall.
Guys, can we develop some forum etiquette? This guy's getting downvoted for asking a question that he wants an answer to.
It doesn't feel right to socially punish the search for knowledge.
It's not a projectile. Same for Lux ult, Xerath Q, Annie W.
Just confirming responses that Vel'Koz's ult registers as something other than a projectile.
The learnbeam has no travel time and therefore is not treated as a projectile by Yasuo's Wind Wall.
