Cannot Connect to Game

So I'm in a lobby with two of my friends in my friends list. I lock in Vlad and we head into the game. Never connect to the game and it says I can't connect to the server. Everything else Internet requiring is running perfectly fine, my brother in the same room can connect to League fine, and nothing seems to be off, except I can't connect. I restart the client, and I can't even get to the loading screen, so I restart my computer. Now I'm in the client and am unable to connect to the game as it shows "Game is in progress..." but doesn't give me any options to reconnect. So I restart the client and now the loading screen DOES load, except it freezes for a good decent bit before beginning to load. THEN, it kicks me out and sends me back to the client.

Edit: I made it in now, dont know what changed.
