What did you guys do to twisted fate e????

i went on league after the recet patch and twisted fates e doesnt have a buff counter above his health bar anymore

now the ability looks like a toggle thats always on and it has a counter on the actual ability

sometimes the vfx of his e where the cards are spinning around tf dont show after you die and all the time the sfx where he gets the spinning cards never happen
