No Honor Ward

I'm an honor 4 player on the NA servers, I have not ever been banned and out of every league player I know I am the only one to have not received my honor ward. I have received my icons and border while the honor ward is that only thing I am missing. Is this a glitch? Or am I just one of the few players left on NA not to have received the ward skin yet.

I haven't received my icon or honor ward yet. it will come in time
