But other auto modifying abilities that deal extra damage such as Jax's W do. I see absolutely no reason why the damage portion of her Q does not give an extra 2 stacks, other than it's supposed to and doesn't because of a bug.

I know that Leona's move deals magic damage. What does Jax's deal? Because It may be that magic damage does not count to it.
