Arclight Vel'Koz - Game frame stopping lag

I was playing DJ Sona, and every time Arclight Vel'Koz appeared, my game would lag to the point of freezing. This didn't happen at all until I started moving into other lanes. I even dropped my graphics to extremely low, and it still lagged me hard.
