Small Screen freezes since 2 patcjes ago

Hello! i have noticed that since 2 patches ago sometimes my client freezes for about half a second during gameplay, this didnt happened Anytime whatsoever before, any way to fix this or this is a general problem?

Someone said it's because of the new dark skin thresh and dark skin varus skins i've been experiencing it recently too.
