Sound bug? Or just Windows 10?

I got Windows 10 around the same time the new patch came out (Same day) and there's a weird issue only in League where when I get to champ select or into a game the volume is higher (almost double) than what it usually is, like around 40. Once I hit the button to lower the volume by 2 it drops down to lower than the average. Is this a bug anyone else has in League or in Windows 10? I'm not sure which one is causing it.
