possible bug with jhin's bullets? (re upload in the right subcategory)

I've been noticing a few cases where jhin seems to refresh his bullets instantly mid combat. I wouldn't notice much if I weren't counting the bullets to make sure I crit the right target with the fourth. It seems to happen the most often after I shoot one or two bullets and then fire a skill off. my bullets after that will reset to the full four.
