Level Up Icon on HUD stuck on

In a game I played today, the Level Up icon got stuck after I put the skill point into Q. It stayed like that the whole game, even after adding points to other skills, and also putting more points in Q. The screenshot shows me at level 2, with 2 points spent, and the Level Up icon still on.
