[New Client Bug]: No highlight/sound for 'your ban' phase.

In the title. I missed my ban waiting for the other player to lock theirs in. It turns out, they instalocked their ban, with no sound or animation. Further, even though it was my turn to ban, I didn't get the usual orange highlight and audible countdown for the last ten seconds. This is an experience-breaking bug and, after some consideration, I realized that it has been responsible for a fair number of accidental queue dodges from other players- the same exact thing is happening to them. Riot please, fix this garbage.
