League crashed twice when I was loading

I chose Vel'Koz and Alt-Tabbed out of the game to watch some youtube. After I realized that it was taking too long for the game to load, I alt-tabbed back in the game and found out that it had crashed.

I closed league and re-opened it to find that league had crashed AGAIN in the loading screen.

I am now unable to earn loot(which I would like restored please.) and I am placed in a low priority queue(which if possible I'd like this to be removed. If it can't be then it's understandable)
