[CLIENT] Client not popping up when it's my turn to ban/lock.

As of patch 7.13, my client no longer pops up when in champ select and it's my turn to lock in a pick or ban. Due to the length of the champ select process, I usually minimize it and do something else while waiting for my turn to lock in and this latest bug makes it so I have to constantly mind the client which resulted in me dodging unintentionally a couple times today.

Same here.... I already lost like 40 or 50 lp from this annoying shit... Who the fuck would wait in champ select for people to pick their champions you are wasting like 3 or 4 min by doing that . I usually watch youtube videos or someone's stream in that time. And the penalty is even worse . On top of the 10 lp loss you have to wait 30 min. idk but this is annoying af to me
