[Gameplay] Ziggs W indicator

Hi.

Did Zigg's W indicator get a reverse QOL nerf so it appeared as a targeted ability rather than an AOE ground targeted skillshot? Because in my games, I no longer see the AOE indicator on his Satchel Charge.
