Heimerdinger (Turret Laser bug)

So lately I've been playing a lot of Heim in the support role, just sort of having fun with his turret's new laser mechanics, and I've encountered a particularly tricky bug that seems to occur when Heimer gets the charge but the opponents are out of range of the turret laser. While it seems like half the time the turrets fire their lasers when enemies walk into range, half the time they completely stall out and will not fire their lasers until you land another ability, rendering their current charge useless. While I don't think this has led to me losing out on too much damage potential since its much easier to dodge turret lasers or take advantage of their ranges if you know how they fire, it is nonetheless a loss of potential damage and at the very least a particularly annoying visual to see a turret with max charge but not firing its laser.
