Talon Q on targets who dash over the wall bug

This happened quite a few times, when I use Talon Q on a target who is dashing over a thick wall, I get stuck and started to slowly get through the wall, after two or three seconds it goes back to normal.

how to reproduce bug: use Talon Q(not melee) in the beginning of someone's dash over wall, for example lee sin W.
