gift pool not large enough for ip gift?
when i attempt to send a friend 
i get an error message telling me their gift pool isnt large enough?
i have more than enough ip to gift him the champion

Encountered the same issue, my ex gifted me Xayah and im supposed to gift her Xayah back. I did recieve the gift, but i can't send one. Not that I'm mad about, i mean, hey unintentionally scamming your ex is always fun. Still wondering what the exact issue is tho.
