On 09/05, I decayed to Diamond V 5 LP. Today, 09/11, I decayed to Platinum I, an entire day early.

My last ranked game was 08/09. On 09/05, I noticed that I had marked I needed to play a game to stop decay very late at night, and saw on op.gg that I was too late and already decayed to Diamond V 5 LP, so decided to wait until today.

I logged in today to play a game to stop the decay out of Diamond that was supposed to happen tomorrow, and found that I decayed a day early, which is a major problem because I now have to slog through a bunch of games to get back to Diamond.

What's up with this? This is a pretty serious issue, considering I lost an entire tier and there's no chance of this being made right by support.
