The IP and RP values on my screen are wrong. IT says I need 13900 ip for name change I have 14000. Also RP that I have already spent is showing that I have it in the Summoner Change thing. This is frustrating... it wont let me name change with my ip because it says its not enough yet I have more then enough.
This happened to me too. It's been like this since three days ago, which is when i got my 13,900+ ip. The ip is apparently "frozen". It only applies for this particular item though(Summoner Name Change). I checked today and the amount of "frozen" ip went up by a few hundred but is still not 13,900. Pls fix
Same is happening to me, I have 14000 + Ip, yet when I go to this, it only says I have 13770. Really frustrating

I had the same problem (My IP was ''frozen'') so I just bought a 15 ip tier 1 rune and it helped me ;)
YEah theres lots of threads on this for i have the same problem aswell
