Just found out why Janna is top Support
Was playing vs a Janna team.
Her Hit box is off. Skill shots miss her even with they pass though her model. You have to hit well below her model to actually get it to hit.

The game is 2D, she isn't actually floating; the space beneath her is part of her hitbox. You also have to take into account the skillshot being used and the angle, sometimes they all add up to appear on/off when they are/aren't.
