I have seen this happen quite a few times before but I finally got some footage of it from my last game. For some reason enemies will sometimes run away from Ahri instead of towards her when hit by her charm.
the cycle of patches and bugfixes continues. i'm honestly surprised at how long it took for this one to reappear.
Better that than cho'gath healing completely every time it hits him.
This bug has been around over a year, i have a feeling it is rooted in fairly deep technical complications.
