Private messages not scrolling

Private messages in the base client haven't been scrolling for like 2 patches now.

If I receive a message from someone, I have to scroll down to see it. It appears below the bottom of the window. The chat does not auto scroll to the newest message, it just stays wherever you had scrolled last.

So if you say: "Hi man." "How's it going"

I have to scroll down to see that. and I say "Oh hey man, what's good"

Then you say "Nothin man, bout to play."

I have to scroll down again to see your message. So on and so forth. Basically have to scroll any time I want to read something new.

Incredibly annoying. Please fix.
